The OXVA NeXLIM UNITECH 3.0 replacement pods, often searched for as OXVA NeXLIM V2 pods, are refillable top-fill cartridges made for the OXVA NeXLIM device family. Each retail pack contains three cartridges in the resistance selected above: 0.6Ω or 0.8Ω.

Each cartridge combines a 4ml XL e-liquid chamber with an integrated dual-mesh coil. When the coil reaches the end of its useful life, the complete pod is replaced, so there are no separate coils to remove or install.

What is UNITECH 3.0?

UNITECH 3.0 is OXVA’s updated NeXLIM cartridge platform. It uses an integrated dual-mesh coil and a revised liquid-management structure intended to support consistent saturation, controlled condensation and reliable contact with the device.

OXVA describes this generation as providing “3x enhanced anti-leak” performance compared with the previous cartridge design. This is a manufacturer comparison based on OXVA testing. Actual leak resistance and cartridge life vary with the e-liquid used, device settings, filling method, storage position and frequency of use.

Unlike a replaceable-coil tank, the heating coil is built into the cartridge. When flavour becomes muted, vapour output falls, or a persistent burnt taste develops, remove the complete cartridge and install a new one.

0.6Ω or 0.8Ω: which NeXLIM pod should you choose?

Draw tightness also depends on the airflow setting and power mode of the connected NeXLIM device. Start with the device’s recommended output and make small adjustments rather than immediately using the highest available setting.

Recommended e-liquid

For the broadest and most consistent wicking performance, begin with a 50VG/50PG e-liquid. A balanced liquid can move through the integrated cotton efficiently while remaining suitable for both MTL and restricted direct-to-lung use.

The cartridges can be used with nic salt e-liquids or conventional freebase e-liquid. The pod itself is supplied empty and has no inherent nicotine type or nicotine strength. Very thick, high-VG liquids may wick more slowly, particularly in cold conditions or during rapid repeated use.

How to fill and prime a new NeXLIM pod

1. Remove the new cartridge from its protective packaging.
2. Open the silicone top-fill seal carefully.
3. Insert the e-liquid nozzle into the fill opening. Do not pour liquid into the central airflow channel.
4. Fill the chamber without overfilling and leave a small air space at the top.
5. Close the seal firmly and wipe away any liquid around the pod.
6. Allow the filled cartridge to stand for approximately 5–10 minutes before its first use so the cotton can become fully saturated.
7. Insert the cartridge into the compatible NeXLIM device and begin at the device’s recommended output.

Priming is especially important with a completely new cartridge. Using the pod before the cotton is saturated can permanently damage the coil and cause an immediate burnt taste.

Care and storage

• Keep the cartridge and device contacts clean and dry.
• Do not overfill the pod or force the filling seal.
• Keep some e-liquid above the visible cotton inlets during use.
• Store a filled device upright wherever practical.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, vehicles or high heat.
• Condensation beneath a pod can occur during normal use; wipe it away before reinstalling the cartridge.
• Replace the cartridge if the casing, fill seal or electrical contacts are damaged.

When should the pod be replaced?

Replace the complete cartridge when you notice one or more of the following:

• A persistent burnt or dry taste after confirming the pod is filled
• Noticeably muted or altered flavour
• A sustained reduction in vapour output
• Repeated flooding, gurgling or leaking that cleaning does not resolve
• Visible damage to the pod body or filling seal

OXVA advertises up to 30 refills under its own test conditions. This is not a guaranteed replacement interval. Sweetened e-liquids, high output, frequent use, insufficient priming and very thick liquids can shorten cartridge life.
